Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide. Shipping is worked out on the price of products placed in your shopping cart. If shipping is over £40 the goods will ship with a couier such as Fedex or UPS. If you would like a cheaper option please email us a screenshot of your shopping cart glitterglitteronthewall@outlook.com

What is your dispatch time?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-4 workind days, this does exclude saturdays and sundays. If you order on a monday we aim to get your order sent by thursday. During busy periods we can go over this timescale. If your order is urgent then please get in touch with us so we can process and post your order urgently. Orders are printed on a daily basis and ususaly printed around 6am.

Preorders.

We do upload alot of pre orders as our stock is very popular and there is not always enough to go around. If you are ordering a product that says pre order, the time scale of when the product is due to arrive is written in the discription of that item. If you order items that are in stock along with items that are on pre order your whole order will be delayed until the pre ordered stock arrives.

Pre order time scales are an esitmate as things can turn up later or early. Normally the stock is ready on time but please get in touch if your order hasn't arrived on time.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled with in 24 hours of ordering. You will be refunded the full amount paid.

My order is faulty or damaged.

Occasionally items can be sent out faulty or damaged, this does not happen oftern as stock is checked before it is sent. If you do receieve a faulty or damaged item please email photos of the product to glitterglitteronthewall@outlook.com along with your order number and we will refund, discount or echange the item.

Wholesale.

We do offer whole sale on our products.

Fabrics are sold by the meter and measure aprox 1.37cm x 100cm and prices are from £36.

Dies are available for wholesale please get in touch if you want to stock them in your store. glitterglitteronthewall@outlook.com

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned with in 7 days of recieving them. The item must be in its orignal form and unused. We will only refund the cost of the item returned price of postage is non refundable.
